Description

SLZAF-series chemical pumps are horizontal single-stage single-suction cantilever centrifugal pumps. Designed to the API 610 standard, OH2 configuration, with a design pressure of 7.5 MPa. Suitable for pumping clean or granular, neutral or caustic media. Rotation is clockwise viewed from the drive end.

The pump casing is centerline-supported, and the impeller is closed, allowing a small amount of solid particles. Bearings: tapered roller + angular contact. Back pull-out design with an extended diaphragm coupling — no need to move the motor or dismantle piping when replacing wear parts.

Wear rings are fitted at the front and back of the impeller and on the casing cover. A mechanical seal chamber per API 682. The bearing housing has a water-cooling jacket; the pump feet can be connected to cooling water to compensate for high-temperature expansion.
